the staff were kind and helpful. amandeep, the valet, was so helpful. housekeeping was prompt and my room was super clean.
the pool at the hotel was small. it felt overcrowded. people were walking around with pints of beer in the pool (which i didn't care for). the music from a nearby hotel was loud late into the night. earplugs were provided in the room (i see why now).

the concierge team impressed me. pramodu and jobin offered excellent local knowledge. they assisted me with trip organization and restaurant recommendations. they tailored suggestions to suit my children's needs (which was very kind of them). the on-site gym was also quite good. it included a wide range of high-quality equipment. i did not see any classes available though.
the baby cot was smaller than a standard travel cot. my baby kept bumping into the sides while turning in her sleep.

Kevin was amazing. both my boys loved talking to him. His service was fab. the beds were the comfiest beds i've ever slept in. the pillows were just amazing. the hotel is clean, every single staff member is fabulous. the food is also fabulous. it was really good.

The hotel is located near jbr, meaning easy access to walks or short taxi rides. A £5 taxi ride covered a lot of ground. the harbour is conveniently next door, and the marina is just around the corner.

guests have use of facilities across three hotels, le meridien, w, and westin. this provides a wide range of options for all family members. the waterpark onsite also keeps the youngsters of the party occupied and cool.

The choice of restaurants and bars is perfect on site. the food was excellent. A very good choice of drinks were included in the all-inclusive package. i think it was well worth the upgrade for a family of four.

The facilities included multiple pools and a waterpark. The rooms were large. The beds proved quite comfortable. The staff displayed considerable helpfulness . I particularly appreciated the ease of access to outdoor activities offered by both the W and Westin hotels, a significant plus for varied recreation..
The pool at times felt somewhat overcrowded.

My stay included access to several pools. I noted many options for both families and adults. I liked the option to use facilities at the neighboring Westin hotel, a great bonus. The well maintained grounds had several bars, including the lively Barasti bar.
i found that the cocktails at the pool bar were not great.

The staff was helpful, especially one individual who assisted in locating official Uber drivers. The team demonstrated kindness and attentiveness to my needs. I REALLY APPRECIATED it. Their support ensured smooth transportation arrangements.

The club lounge was a notable highlight. IT featured great food. The mixed cocktails were also super. Ms Asmita offered great hospitality. I thought she took care of all guests in a very pleasant manner.

The beach area featured clean facilities, i observed. It offered everything needed. I saw many sun loungers. The manager was very helpful. HE ensured a pleasant and relaxed experience, so i'm really happy

i found the rooms very good plus the service met my expectations. the complex also has great facilities. the staff seemed nice and helpful .
The pool are needs improvements. I saw few loungers for many guests. the pool bathrooms looks very old to me. i think the hotel should improve this points.
